You are invited to attend the introductory session of the Cooper/Clayton Method to Stop Smoking program to be held at the Anderson County Health Department, 208 S. Main Street on Thursday, August 5 at 5:30pm. Classes will be held every Thursday evening at 5:30pm for the following 12 weeks. Along with a school physical and vision screening, children entering Kindergarten next school year are now also required to get a dental screening. The recent passage of House Bill 186 now requires a dental screening for five (5) and six (6) year olds for the year they enter into the public school system.   Read More...
